How should I store my matcha?
To maintain quality, store it in a cool, dry place, tightly sealed, and away from direct light and heat.
After opening, exposure to air can affect color and taste over time. For best results, use within4 to 8 weeks after opening.
How much matcha can I drink per day and is it safe?
Most adults can enjoy 1 to 2 servings of matcha per day. Matcha contains caffeine, but generally less than coffee and with a more gradual effect.
Matcha is suitable from adolescence onward, depending on individual caffeine sensitivity. For children, regular consumption is not recommended.
