At Refined Matcha, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and with care. Below you’ll find all details regarding our shipping options and delivery times.
1. Shipping Costs

Within the Netherlands: Standard shipping rate of €4.95. Free shipping on orders over €50.

International: Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and the weight of the order.
2. Delivery Times

Within the Netherlands: 1–3 business days.

Within Europe: 3–7 business days.

Outside Europe: 7–14 business days.
Please note that holidays or unexpected delays may affect delivery times.
3. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including a track & trace code (where available).
4. Lost or Damaged Packages
While we handle every order with care, issues may occasionally occur:

Lost packages: If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@refinedmatcha.com.

Damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly work with you to find a suitable solution.
5. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs may apply.
