We're a small, young, and ambitious team based in Rotterdam, and we'd love to welcome enthusiastic interns who want to gain real-world experience and make a genuine impact.

Content & Social Media Intern
About the role
Are you creative, always up to date with the latest social media trends, and passionate about content creation? As our Content & Social Media Intern, you'll help grow the Refined Matcha brand through engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, email marketing, and our website.
What you'll be doing
- Creating content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms
- Assisting with photo and video shoots
- Editing short-form videos and reels
- Writing social media captions and blog articles
- Supporting email marketing campaigns
- Helping develop content calendars and campaign ideas
- Monitoring social media performance and trends
- Assisting during events, pop-ups, and brand activations
Who we're looking for
- MBO Level 4 student in Marketing & Communication, Media, or a related field
- OR HBO student in Communication, Creative Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong interest in social media and content creation
- Creative, proactive, and eager to learn
- Familiar with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
- Fluent in Dutch and comfortable communicating in English

E-commerce & Growth Marketing Intern
About the role
Are you interested in e-commerce, online marketing, and growing a brand? As our E-commerce & Growth Marketing Intern, you'll work closely with our team to help drive online sales, improve customer experience, and support our wholesale growth.
What you'll be doing
- Assisting with Shopify website management
- Supporting SEO and content optimization
- Conducting competitor and market research
- Helping improve website conversion rates
- Assisting with Meta and Google marketing campaigns
- Supporting wholesale outreach and partnerships
- Analyzing marketing and sales data
- Identifying growth opportunities for the brand
Who we're looking for
- HBO student in Commercial Economics, Marketing Management, Online Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Analytical and commercially minded
- Interested in e-commerce and digital marketing
- Proactive and entrepreneurial
- Comfortable working independently
- Fluent in Dutch and comfortable communicating in English
